Keum Boo is a gilding technique which originated in Korea. Very thin sheets of 24 karat gold are applied to silver for decoration. A 1.5 " diameter circle with patina silver bars crossed by a keum boo bar with a 5mm amethyst cubic zirconia is hung by a 19" silver chain.
