Shipping policy

You will receive tracking notifications when your order ships.

Exhibition Shipping Rates:
Rates for pieces that are purchased from our exhibitions are not calculated at checkout. The rates will be calculated and shipped at actual cost and invoiced separately.

Special Rate Items are items that are over-sized or not eligible for free shipping over $250. You total order will be charged a flat rate of $25 to ship. Special Rate Items will be noted as such in the item's description.

General Shipping Rates are calculated based on order total:

The shipping prices are for orders shipped within the Continental United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please call or email for special shipping requirements. Express shipping is available. Please call 203-775-4526 for a specific price quote.

Sales Tax
Brookfield Craft Center is required to charge sales tax on purchases shipped to Connecticut. Tax is also applicable on shipping charges.

Insurance
Insurance can be purchased separately through third-party company Route during checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Route is added to your cart at checkout to enable protection by default, but can be removed if you chose to opt out of insuring your order. Visit routeapp.io to learn more. In Store & Porch Pickup
You may elect to pick up your purchases at the gallery shop. If you (the customer) would like to arrange for in store pickup, you (the customer) must toggle the Route shipping insurance to ‘off’. Your order may be picked up during normal business hours. Please allow at least 1 business day for processing. Please remember we are closed on Mondays.
